Mauby is an essential drink not only in Guyana, but all over the Caribbean. It’s called by different names depending where you go, but the main ingredients are always the same. Check out a Guyanese version of the recipe below…
If you’re not able to find Mauby Bark locally, you can purchase it online here.
Mauby Ingredients
- ½ oz mauby bark
- 2 pcs cinnamon spice
- 6 pt water
- Small piece of dried orange peel
- 3 – 4 cloves
- 2 lb sugar

In my blog reggaeyard.org I gave a link to this site with a brief description. I used your photo and gave credit to you for it. Did you not want me to do that. I thought it was good to get links but yet it appears you took the picture down. No problem, I can get another picture when I make it. I just thought the link was better, plus I liked your site and wanted to share it.

My mistake, I went back to site and now it shows. Let me know if it is ok to have photo with link. You have a great site linking to a lot of real good causes and positive vibes.
