The last few recipes I’ve posted have been kind of complicated, so I figured I’d post something really, really easy this time.

Not sure if this falls under something you actually “cook,” but trust me when I say it’s worth the time it takes to make. All 5-10 minutes.

I think I might actually mess around and make some later today. Check the recipe after the jump.

PEANUT PUNCH

Ingredients

1/2-2/3 cups smooth peanut butter
3 cups cold whole milk (You can use 1%, 2% or even soy milk too…)
4 tbsp. sugar
Dash cinnamon
Dash nutmeg

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until thick and frothy.

2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Serves 4.

See? Easy. Enjoy.

In Jamaica, we like to add a splash of rum or Guiness! :)

Right…there’s a lot of variations. I figured I’d post the simplest one.
